Imagine free art waiting for you every Friday right here in Suburbia. I often get ahead of myself. I know it’s only Thursday, but I’m preparing to leave this 3 x 5 mixed media piece late late tonight somewhere in Fairfax, VA. As it turns out, Free Art Friday is quite magical. For One Night Only!!! This Saturday, August 3, 8-11pm, at the Adam Lister Gallery, come enjoy a special late evening group exhibit featuring the artwork of 30 amazing local artists. This show features artwork using fluorescent colors and will be on view in the gallery lit totally with black lights. Included in the show will be my mixed media collage, “Little Boxes (Another Year in Suburbia),” as well as two more of my recent mixed media pieces.
